He told me that she was the top seller in all of the Riverside county's Empire Valley. We worked well together and she sold me two investment properties. Later that year, I wanted to buy two more investment properties and she sold me two more. For these sales, I never saw the homes at all before closing. I trusted her judgement so much that when she picked the homes and sent me the pictures, I moved forward with the sales.
Three years ago, I wanted to sell one of the properties and asked Loni to handle the deal. She reviewed the property, made suggestions on repairs and upgrades, and picked out the tile, paint and carpets on her own. The property sold for top dollar.
